In order to ensure MAGIC KIT Pro doesn't take up more storage space than is necessary, it uses an Apple technology called On Demand Resources. This means that video tutorials are downloaded when required and the system can purge them when it needs more space. This will only happen when the tutorial is not in use.

To exit a magic trick swipe from the left-most edge of the screen. This will reveal the effect menu where you can then tap the close button.

Custom background setup is accessed via the 'Options' menu from within a trick or utility.

The Card Capture tool allows you to set unlimited custom card faces and one custom card back.

Some magic tricks are only available on the iPhone. This is due to the fact that some magic tricks do not work correctly on the larger screen of the iPad.

Story Cards uses Machine Learning to find all the characters and locations mentioned in your story.

Story Cards supports intuitive drag and drop gestures. Simply long-press on a card until it pops off the page, and then drag it to the desired location.

Story Cards Premium unlocks an extended set of features including:

- Export as either a Plain Text or Markdown file.
- Make Story Cards your own with five additional colour themes and icons.

Advanced data detection will attempt to find all characters and locations. In some cases, it might, however, miss something, or add something which is not a character or location. You can help the system by correctly capitalising names when writing your cards. It is also worth noting that not all languages are supported by this feature.

'Found in Cards' is every character or location that Story Cards has discovered in your cards. This data is non-permanent. Changing a card could add or remove names. If you wish to keep a character or location you must ‘Pin It’. Once pinned you can then enter a description.
